Role Overview

We are looking for an L&D Coordinator who can also design and deliver soft skills training for professionals in the Cybersecurity domain. The role will focus on enhancing communication, stakeholder management, leadership readiness, and professional effectiveness of technical teams, while ensuring smooth coordination of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training programs (technical + behavioral).
  • Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance, and feedback.
  • Liaise with internal SMEs, external trainers, and vendors.
  • Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and learning records.
  • Support compliance-driven and mandatory trainings relevant to cybersecurity (e.g., ethics, data privacy, awareness programs).

Soft Skills Training Delivery

  • Design and deliver soft skills programs for cybersecurity professionals, including:
  • Business & client communication
  • Presentation and executive communication
  • Stakeholder management (CXO, global clients)
  • Professional etiquette for client-facing roles
  • Time management & productivity
  • Team collaboration in high-pressure environments
  • Leadership fundamentals for individual contributors and first-time managers
  • Customize content for technical audiences (SOC analysts, engineers, consultants, managers).
  • Conduct virtual and classroom training sessions.
  • Use adult learning principles, role plays, simulations, and real-life cybersecurity scenarios.

Content & Curriculum Development

  • Create training decks, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and assessments.
  • Adapt soft skills modules aligned with cybersecurity project realities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyze training feedback (Kirkpatrick Level 1 & 2).
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support leadership development and succession readiness initiatives.

    Domain Understanding

    • Familiarity with Cybersecurity / IT / Tech consulting environments
    • Understanding of client-facing, shift-based, and high-urgency roles

    Coordination & Tools

    • Strong program management and coordination abilities
    • Proficiency in LMS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom/Teams
    • Experience with HRMS/LMS platforms is an added advantage

    Qualifications

    • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
    • Certification in Training, Facilitation, or OD is a plus

    Preferred Profile

    • Experience delivering training in IT, Cybersecurity, or Tech consulting firms
    • Comfortable training with Jr. level to senior professionals
    • Balanced mix of trainer mindset + HR/L&D coordination discipline
