Role Description

  • Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads
  • Identify and approach potential clients (startups, mid-size firms, enterprises)
  • Experience in HR, L&D Industry is added advantage
  • Experience selling high-ticket consulting services
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
  • Prior freelance or commission-based BD experience
