Role Description
This is a full-time role at Phicus, based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include:
- The Phicus resource hub - This person will lead the design, creation / curation of relevant content on a regular basis, and close engagement with the technology partner to ensure a vibrant, current online resource hub which will be leveraged by all clients
- Research, data analysis, design and onsite delivery support to the Lead Consultant on various ongoing projects
- Distilling wisdom from the large repository of Phicus projects and learnings and writing up white papers on these
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of leadership development concepts and principles
- Experience with enterprise learning management systems, e-learning course development; Adept at creating and modifying training material in multiple formats
- Instructional design skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience facilitating group discussions, presenting information, and delivering training sessions
- Ability to work independently and engage with multiple projects
- Critical thinking and research skills - ability to do primary and secondary research and synthesize findings into research reports / white papers
- Experience in the social sector, with a passion for social impact and community building
