Primary Responsibility:

We are hiring Banking Operations Executives to handle KYC processing, customer verification, and back-office banking operations. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, verification, and supporting daily banking activities while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)

Ensure proper documentation as per RBI guidelines

Update and maintain KYC records in the system

Follow up with customers for incomplete documentation

Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Data Entry)

Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English preferred)

Attention to detail

Basic understanding of banking procedures (training will be provided)

Ability to work in a team
