Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar) and backend skills (Java or Python/.Net).
Practical experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
Work experience in microservices, REST APIs, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delivery-oriented mindset.

Nice To Have

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Prior experience with AI-enhanced testing, code optimization, or workflow automation.
Agile team experience and participation in iterative delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, AI agents) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, or production environments.
Collaborate with architects, leads, and product owners to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools.
