Key Technical Skillsets-
Must-have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
- Experience using Helm charts for application deployment
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking, storage, and security
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting Kubernetes issues
- Ability to guide teams on Kubernetes best practices
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to mentor architects and engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong documentation and review capabilities
Good-to-have:
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux)
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Exposure to SRE or DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security tools like OPA, Kyverno, or container scanning tools
