Kronos WIM Consultant

Develop and maintain Kronos WIM integrations for employee and payroll data

Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi integration and Workforce Dimensions applications

Write complex SQL queries, materialized views, and optimize performance using indexing, hints, and partitioning

Work on Workforce scheduling, time and attendance management, and advanced scheduling rules

Create reports, genies, hyper finds, and SSRS reports for HR operations

Support HR system integration with Kronos, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, and other platforms

Troubleshoot and optimize integration processes and system workflows
