Title: Sr Kronos Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into Kronos configurations.
- Implement and support Kronos modules such as Workforce Central, Timekeeper, Scheduler, and Analytics.
- Customize Kronos using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Genies, HyperFind queries, and reports.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management (WFC/WFD).
- Strong understanding of Kronos architecture, integrations, and configuration tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, WIM, and Kronos reporting tools.
- Experience with interfaces between Kronos and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
