At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience, working as UKG Dimensions Consultant, Release 10 and above.
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Kronos applications to meet organization's needs
Conduct Kronos system configuration, customization, and testing to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction. Configure, test, and roll out new releases and specialized projects for Workforce Central.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos applications, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Extensive experience on various Dimensions Module like User Navigation, Workforce management, Data Analytics, Compliance and Security timekeeper, forecasting and attendance.
Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, and administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors.
This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.
Develop and lead business reporting functions- HR analytics, Business analytics, Vendor analytics.
Provide post-implementation support for Kronos UKG Dimensions (9-12 series), including knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and workforce management.
Modify and maintain time-keeping for manufacturing plants, including patterns, holiday, accrual, attestation policies, etc.
Experience with Kronos APIs, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and WFC (Workforce Central). Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
