Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience with testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with coding in Java and Dart.
- Experience in leading and delivering full-stack engineering projects.
- Experience in designing and building complex and large systems.
- Experience in hiring and growing a new team and managing a small team of software engineers.

As a Technical Lead Manager for the Android Developer Console (ADC), you will lead the transition of the open Android ecosystem toward a new era of verifiable trust and accountability. You will partner closely with multiple teams across the ecosystem to build exceptional developer registration, verification, and programmatic API infrastructure. Your leadership will be pivotal in building the trust infrastructure needed to evolve our ecosystem and an accountable landscape that protects billions of users.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy, scoping, and outcomes to expand Android Developer Console (ADC) features and capabilities.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for developer-facing products.
- Participate in the full life-cycle of new modules/features like shaping product strategy, understanding product requirements, and contributing to system design. Coach and mentor software engineers to implement and land these features.
- Manage a small team reporting to you, including staffing, career and performance management, and fostering group dynamics to accomplish the team's mission.
- Represent the team to other teams at Google finding collaborative ways to achieve shared goals.
