Develop and maintain Kronos WIM integrations (Person Import, Pay Extracts)

Work on Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and Workforce Central (WFC) applications

Perform Dell Boomi integrations for HR and payroll systems

Write complex SQL queries, materialized views, and high-performance database code

Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using indexing, hints, partitioning, and Oracle tools

Ensure accurate Time & Attendance management and scheduling configurations

Troubleshoot integration and database-related issues

Maintain documentation and support production environments
