Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and maintain the core product to ensure high performance, stability, and reliability.
- Analyze and resolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges to enhance application efficiency.
- Design and build efficient, reusable, and testable UI components using modern frontend frameworks.
- Actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure application quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on coding experience in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) concepts, including asynchronous programming, closures, and functional programming.
- Good understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Pinia, Context API, etc.).
- Solid experience in component-based architecture and frontend development lifecycle.
- Exposure to Node.js / Express.js or other backend technologies is an added advantage.
- Understanding of Headless CMS architectures, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG) concepts.
- Experience integrating and consuming third-party APIs and web services (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter, RESTful APIs).
- Familiarity with coding principles, design patterns, and best practices aligned with industry standards.
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
