Engage continuously with the assigned customer portfolio and maintain accurate interaction records.
Make outbound calls to sell and cross-sell banking products, including:
CASA Accounts
Loans (Personal, Home, Business)
Credit Cards
Mutual Funds
Demat & Trading Accounts
Life & General Insurance
Promote Digital Banking services to enhance customer experience.
Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues as per defined standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication quality.
