Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, highlighting key benefits and coverage options.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to facilitate the policy issuance process.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market regulations in India.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
