We are seeking a results-driven Telecalling Officer to join our team for a sales voice process focused on Kotak Banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls, engaging with potential customers to sell banking products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch and sell Kotak Banking products and services.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide information on products that align with their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all banking products and services offered.
- Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in the system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
Skills Required
- Experience in sales or telecalling, preferably within a voice process.
- A strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
