Knowledge Management Specialist to support our Strategic Growth Team, US.
The Knowledge Management Specialist's role is at the forefront of the implementation of our knowledge management (KM) strategy, gathering, curating and maintaining content for use by WSP USA staff.
This role will be based in the Noida/ Bengaluru office.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of our KM strategy, driving knowledge transfer and championing best practice across the bid community and beyond
- Supporting KM team with uploading content to library ensuring review cycles and tagging information is correctly applied
- Producing monthly reporting statistics to inform improvement areas
- Review, edit, and approve resumes and project data from outside sources
- Perform research to verify content such as facts, references, dates, etc.
- Organize and track data to be entered into the database
- Perform routine QA/QC checks on data in the database
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience or an interest in knowledge management
- Ability to capture key information
- Excellent written skills with a good command of the English language
- Strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- An interest in the application of modern technology (automation, AI)
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 suite; SharePoint experience is an asset.
- Ability to drive and support a culture of continuous improvement, openness and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work proactively, using your initiative and taking responsibility for your actions
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective relationships and rapport with stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who demonstrates behaviours and attitudes in line with WSP core value.
BGV:
- Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (BGV) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
