Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor based in Hotel Centre Point Nagpur. The Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor will oversee the kitchen stewarding team, manage cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, and support the food preparation team. The role includes supervising dishwashing, waste disposal activities, and maintaining a safe kitchen environment while ensuring seamless coordination with the food and beverage team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of Food Preparation and Food Service processes to support culinary operations efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage services to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety protocols in food service and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Professional training or certification in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous.
