Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hotel Centre Point Nagpur for a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage kitchen stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper equipment handling, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising the team, maintaining inventory for kitchen supplies, and assisting in food and beverage service when required. The role ensures smooth workflow within the kitchen and supports the overall efficiency of the hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide the kitchen stewarding team.
• Experience in Food Preparation and Food Service within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments seamlessly.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to assist in ensuring quality and service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Prior experience in a similar role and a diploma or degree in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred.
