Role Description
Key Result Areas
1. Dispatch & Logistics
Plan and supervise daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to optimize routes and delivery efficiency.
Monitor vehicle hygiene, temperature control, and loading procedures.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, delivery notes, and returns.
2. Stores & Inventory Management
Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packaging items.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and inventory accuracy.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, wastage, or over-stocking.
Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
3. Utilities Management (Water, Gas, Electricity)
Ensure uninterrupted supply of water, gas, and electricity for kitchen operations.
Monitor usage, prevent wastage, and control utility costs.
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of utility systems.
Ensure compliance with safety norms for gas pipelines and electrical systems.
4. Security & Facility Management
Oversee security staff and ensure controlled access to the facility.
Implement security protocols for people, materials, and assets.
Monitor CCTV systems and incident reporting.
Ensure cleanliness, pest control, and overall facility upkeep.
5. Team Management & Coordination
Lead and supervise operations staff across departments.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
Conduct training on SOPs, safety, and hygiene.
Promote discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and labor regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Track KPIs related to dispatch efficiency, quality, wastage, and costs.
