Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules.
  • Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking.
  • Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards.
  • Support in packing & dispatch only when needed.
  • Keep your station clean and hygienic.

Requirements

  • Minimum High school(10th) education with basic understanding of cutting and food preparation.
  • Physically fit and ready for working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good hygiene, discipline, punctual, clean shaved and willingness to learn.
  • Must be flexible to do break shifts.
  • Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
