This is an on-site internship role for a Kitchen Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Kitchen Assistant will support day-to-day operations in the kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and helping with basic cooking tasks. Additional responsibilities include managing food and beverage items and ensuring excellent customer service during interactions with customers. The role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in a professional dessert-making environment.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and a basic understanding of Cooking techniques.
• Strong awareness of Hygiene and food safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage handling processes.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to interact with guests professionally and courteously.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required.
