- Lead Kinaxis architecture, design, and solutioning for large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate them into Kinaxis configurations and models.
- Design and optimize data models, planning parameters, workflows, and integration frameworks within the Kinaxis platform.
- Drive system configuration, scenario modeling, demand/supply planning setup, and plan optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP/Supply Chain systems.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Kinaxis implementation, governance, and performance improvement.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and technical design reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants during implementation and support phases.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and user enablement activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including 6+ years working specifically on Kinaxis solutions.
- Strong expertise in Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, integration, and planning logic.
- Hands-on experience with modules such as:
- Demand Planning
- Supply & Inventory Planning
- S&OP
- Control Tower
- Data Integration
