Notice Period: - Immediate Joiner- 1 Month

Qualifications and Skills required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.

Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

Kinaxis Rapid Response Expertise

Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.g., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows.

Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.

Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.

Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.

Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations

Functional and technical Experience SCM Planning.

Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., Process flows)

Working collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification will be an added advantage.
