Kinaxis DevOps Lead

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead Kinaxis solution enhancements by engaging with business process owners, managing delivery schedules, and overseeing technical configurations.
2. Coordinate internal/external resources, manage Kinaxis-skilled vendor teams, and handle release planning from test to production environments.
3. Provide Level 2 support, resolve issues, and liaise with Kinaxis support and users for solution stability and optimization.
4. Drive Kinaxis upgrades, bug fixing, workbook development, and ensure adherence to deployment best practices and timelines.

Key Deliverables:

1. Kinaxis enhancement roadmap aligned with business needs and supply chain strategy.
2. Successful deployment of Kinaxis updates and releases across environments.
3. Stable and scalable Kinaxis support framework with reduced incident turnaround.
4. Documentation, reporting, and training support for stakeholders across functions.
