Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Generative AI and Kinaxis Fundamentals. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes. The candidate will contribute to enhancing production planning and manufacturing efficiency ensuring seamless operations and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Kinaxis Supply Planning solutions to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI technologies to enhance decision-making and predictive capabilities in supply chain management.
- Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Fundamentals to ensure best practices are followed and system functionality is maximized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements in production planning and manufacturing.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to stakeholders on the effective use of Kinaxis tools and technologies.
- Support the design and execution of supply chain projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of supply chain systems recommending enhancements as needed.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project goals are met.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all supply chain activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis-related issues.
- Document processes and create reports to track project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning and Generative AI.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals to drive system efficiency.
- Experience in production planning and manufacturing is highly desirable.
