Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Keyboard Teacher at our Mumbai location. The Keyboard Teacher will conduct engaging and well-structured music lessons, guide students in skill development, monitor their progress, and adapt teaching methods to suit varying levels of ability and experience. The role also involves lesson planning, preparing teaching materials, and collaborating with other instructors to ensure a high standard of musical education. Additionally, teachers will provide individualized feedback and support to help students achieve their best potential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating lesson plans and delivering structured education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively
- Proven experience in teaching and training music, particularly keyboard lessons
- Passion for music education and nurturing student talent
- Ability to inspire creativity and foster a positive learning environment
- Background in music performance or certification from a recognized music institution is an advantage
