Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Relationship Manager located in Rohini, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Key Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and addressing customer needs. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, understanding their financial goals, guiding them toward suitable life insurance products, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets and maintaining a high level of professionalism to promote customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal engagement
  • Expertise in identifying customer needs and offering tailored insurance and financial solutions
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning, insurance products, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms for client management
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing client meetings and remote tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services will be advantageous
