To generate new leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals for acquiring potential donors.
To contact donors (via calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work in a clear and interesting way.
To keep the existing and new donors engaged by maintaining consistent communication and building long-term relationships by following the donor journey for both acquisition and retention donors.
To convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for key donors.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA (experience preferred) from a recognized university.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team.
Energy-driven individual who can inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
Should have experience in Sales for at least 1 year.
