Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee proposal coordination, client relationship management, and revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless post-sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Coordination
- Prepare and share detailed proposals based on client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate quicker decision-making and deal closure.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales interactions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
3. Renewals, Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Track and ensure timely contract renewals to maintain business continuity.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic business solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
