Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee proposal coordination, client relationship management, and revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless post-sales processes, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Coordination

  • Prepare and share detailed proposals based on client requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate quicker decision-making and deal closure.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales interactions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

3. Renewals, Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Track and ensure timely contract renewals to maintain business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic business solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
