Hiring: Key Account Manager

we build healthcare software.
We're looking for a Key Account Manager someone who enjoys working with people, understands business, and can keep relationships strong without turning every call into a sales pitch or a therapy session.
What You'll Be Doing (On Most Days)
- Be the go-to person for a group of important customers who already use and depend on our platform.
- Build solid relationships the kind where customers call you first,
- Understand how our product fits into the customer's world and help them get more value from it.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales team.
- Spot opportunities for renewals, expansions, or improvements
- Keep track of account health, usage, and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing customer or key accounts in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B technology.
- Someone who can talk to customers comfortably from operations folks to leadership
- Organized enough to stay on top of details, flexible enough to handle surprises.
- Good judgment, good communication, and a calm head when things get busy.
- A sense of responsibility and a sense of humor (both come in handy).
