PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The primary responsibility is to:
- Manage day to day operational & analytical aspects of business by working with Internal & e-commerce partner teams (Logistics, Finance, service etc) to ensure smooth functioning of business.
- Build relationship with E-commerce channel partners
- Coordinate for Alternate channels and South GT channel performance
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To achieve Monthly, quarterly and annual Business Targets for his/her Key Accounts, Alternate channel & South GT region
- Formulating effective sales policies and procedures specific to the ecommerce customers
- Map competition in market and their strategy on activities and products; develop and implement actions accordingly down the line
- Design and manage a calendar of activations and activities with the Accounts to drive sales.
- Monitoring the weekly, daily, and seasonal, and/or one-time reports
- Maintain & Analyzing sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes
- Ensuring timely online launch & building sustainable business to grow market share
- Demand Planning Coordination with Customers & SCM Team
- Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions
- Claims and financials tracking
- Manage sell-out offers and service return reconciliations.
- Publish benchmark analysis of category KPI's Viz Industry standards.
- Formulate and execute performance marketing for online channel

- Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in Online account management, offline sales preferably for consumer durable, electronics or mobile category.
- E-commerce experience is a must
