Job Description

GRAFF is a growing organization, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, USA, with international market presence in the high-end, luxury kitchen and bath industry. GRAFF has also offices in UK, Germany, Italy and Poland. We also have factories in Milwaukee USA and in Europe. This innovative business has an immediate need for an eager, passionate, and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to take care of the showrooms of our key customers in India, to maximize sales and increase GRAFF brand awareness. The Key Account Manager must be able to communicate English and other regional languages. This position is a hybrid work position for a candidate based in New Delhi / Mumbai India, with extensive travel required within key markets of India. The overall objective is to reinforce our business-relationships with a select group of customers. The Key Account Manager will visit their showrooms to strengthen the network with the salespeople to become their contact person number one, when it comes to faucets. Further she/he is a sales-oriented person who loves to achieve commonly set goals, beautiful design and at the same time has also basic technical understanding. The Key Account Manager will report to the European Sales Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Achieve commonly set sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Networking with our Key-Accounts and their customers (designers)

Visit designers and architects to grow the brand awareness of GRAFF

Required to travel throughout sales territory

Provide feedback regarding the competitive marketplace

Visibly and actively support GRAFF brand recognition and brand awareness in India

Document and complete comprehensive reporting of sales activities

Support during GRAFF events for brand awareness amongst the designers and specifiers

Increase the number of GRAFF showrooms (partners showrooms) in the region and support the account on regular basis

Increase GRAFF presence in the showrooms through proper display

Travel required within India is up to 70%

Skill Sets and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have some experience in the sector of interior design, and/or have worked with architectural specified products (luxury products)

Experiences in the sanitary sector are helpful but not necessary

Talent and communication with a pleasant personality and good networking skills

Skilled and able to convince with:

strong motivation

negotiation skills and

hands-on approach

Ability to adapt and prioritize, flexible and agile to respond to business needs

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree is required with a min. of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, working with interior designers

Proficiency in English language is must both written and verbal and other regional languages in India are a plus

Proficient in MS Office and Technology/Software
