Key Account Sales Manager

• Oversee and manage relationships with the company's most important clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Understand key customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
• Develop trust and maintain strong relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
• Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions and value-added services.
• Serve as the main point of communication between key clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Contribute to business growth by generating new sales opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Experience in providing customer-focused solutions and managing client portfolios.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Educational background: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
