About the Role:

We are looking for a highly result-oriented, corporate-professionaland relationship-drivenKey Account Manager (KAM)to manage and expand our B2B business across theSouthregion.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the corporate sales system, structured follow-up processes, market intelligence, and competitive positioning. This role requires someone who can balance relationship-building with aggressive revenue growth and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management
  • Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
  • Ensure regular follow-ups for orders, collections, and stock rotation
  • Maintain strong after-sales coordination

2.Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Drive secondary sales and ensure healthy stock movement
  • Increase market share in the assigned territory

3.Market Expansion & Distribution Growth

  • Identifyand onboard new potential retailers and distributors.
  • Explore new cities and untapped markets across South India.
  • Expand distributionnetworkstrategically whilemaintainingprofitability.
  • Strengthen brand presence in emerging textile hubs.

4. Corporate System & Reporting Discipline

  • Maintain proper MIS reports for sales, collections, inventory, and client visits.
  • Follow structured corporate processes for order management and documentation.
  • Coordinate efficiently with production,logistics, finance, and design teams.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and professional reporting standards.

5. Brand Representation

  • Represent the company during exhibitions, trade visits, and client meetings
  • Ensure proper brand display and visibility at partner outlets

6. Market Understanding & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer demand and buying behavior.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, schemes, and product positioning.
  • Track market trends andprovideactionable insightstomanagement.
  • Stay updated with changing regional preferences and seasonal demand cycles.
