Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and providing excellent support and service to address client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Key Account Management
  • Travel in field
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and proactively provide solutions to meet organizational goals
  • Experience in property technology, gated community systems, or related sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
