Job Title: Key Account Executive – Corporate Media Sales

Location: Pune/Surat

Experience: 1–4 Years

Education: Graduate with BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships within the corporate segment. The role focuses on client retention, revenue generation, and identifying new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business goals and tailor media solutions to meet their needs
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of committed services and campaigns
  • Drive revenue growth by maximizing potential from existing accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client objectives
  • Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term partnerships
  • Take ownership of individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated account development strategies
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts regularly
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Effective key account handling and client retention
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships
