Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales of digital advertising / visibility solutions to SMB customers
  • Conduct daily field visits and discovery meetings with local businesses
  • Audit a customer's online presence and identify visibility / lead-generation gaps
  • Pitch and close premium listings, digital ads, lead-gen and branding packages
  • Drive fast-cycle closures (same day / short decision cycles)
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets (34L+)
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and execution
  • Handle renewals and upsell opportunities where applicable

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Ad Sales / Marketplace Sales
  • Proven experience selling to SMB clients
  • Strong exposure to field sales + client meetings
  • Clear ownership of monthly revenue targets
  • Experience selling digital listings, ads, lead-generation or visibility solutions
  • Comfortable with daily targets, rejection, and on-ground hustle
