Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Brand HQ Team, offline retailers, service centers, promoters, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve sales targets. Serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing enquiries, concerns, andproviding ongoing support.
  • Training: Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for retail shop owners, servicecenter staff, and promoters on the features and benefits of our Device Protection Plans Ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectivelypromote and sell our plans to end consumer.
  • Digital Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders through digital channels such as WhatsApp, emails, and telecalls toprovide product information, support, and updates. Utilizing digital marketing tools to create awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement withour Device Protection Plans Promoter and Retail Shop Owner Engagement: Collaborating with promoters and retail shop owners to enhance mindshare and promote thebenefits of our Device Protection Plans to consumers Organizing promotional activities and events to increase visibility and drive sales through offlinechannels Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, training sessions, stakeholder interactions, andother relevant data using CRM software Generating reports and providing insights to management on sales performance, market trends,and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2+ years of relevant experience into the same role.
  • Previous experience in sales distribution, preferably in the consumer electronics or insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and telecalls.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to visit offline retailers, service centers, and attend meetings and events across India
