Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients for our HRMS solutions. The role involves client retention, revenue growth, and upselling HR tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned HRMS clients
  • Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Achieve revenue and retention targets
  • Conduct regular client review meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • 37 years of B2B SaaS or HRMS sales/account management experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in HR Tech/Payroll solutions preferred
