Key Account Manager Enterprise (HR Tech / SaaS)

Role Overview

ZingHR is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts within the HR Tech ecosystem. This role focuses on renewals, revenue expansion, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B SaaS experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a revenue-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise HR Tech clients.
  • Drive renewals, retention, and account growth targets.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions including contract renewals and pricing negotiations.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Track account performance, usage, and churn risks through CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 510 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management / B2B SaaS / HR Tech.
  • Proven track record in renewals, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Strong CXO/CHRO engagement experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
