Required Position: Key Accounts Manager
Position Reports to: Head - ECommerce
Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.
Job Description-
- Planning and developing portal strategies.
- Maintain inventory by DOC with SKU level inventory; observing inventory levels of portals; prompting dark store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
- Analyse sales figures, driving secondary sales and market trends to anticipate new product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Forecast sales, focus on monthly reconciliation and collections.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, Brand fund and maintain CSP on all platforms.
- Driving new SKU roll outs and launching its merchandise planning and execution. Analyzing the merchandise gaps and bridging the same.
- Executing the event sales and in stock planning and placement to maximize dark stores for sales, ensuring action on slow movers, laggards, top sellers etc.
- Build constructive portal relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Candidate Profile
- Academic Qualification: MBA
Skills preferred:
- Ecommerce knowledge, Category management
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
Skill Sets:
- Up to date with the latest Qcom trends and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
