Key Accountabilities
- Building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Increasing existing business volumes by regularly interacting with clients, and supporting the sales team through cross-selling and upselling of services/products.
- Monitoring all defined SLA parameters through periodic reviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for complaints and grievance management.
- Ensuring medical appointments are scheduled within the defined TAT of 4 hours.
- Arranging weekly and monthly review calls with the insurer.
- Collaborating closely with internal departments such as the call centre, QC team, billing team, and other branch locations to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Ensuring timely and accurate MIS sharing with the insurer as per required formats and data points.
- Ensuring monthly adherence to medical report TAT targets.
- Escorting HNI customers for their medical check-ups as and when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, preferably in the Insurance/TPA industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong process management and team management skills.
