Position: Key Account Manager – Vendor Partnerships (Non-Food)

Locations: Raipur | Bilaspur | Bhilai

The Local Street is rapidly expanding beyond food into daily essential and retail categories including grocery, dairy, fruits & vegetables, clothing, cosmetics, and other local businesses.

We are looking for dynamic, street-smart professionals who understand the local market ecosystem and have strong connections with shop owners across multiple categories.

The selected candidate will play a key role in building and scaling our non-food vendor network in their city.

Candidates with prior experience in vendor onboarding, retail partnerships, field sales, or local business networking will be preferred.

Existing relationships with shop owners, retailers, and local businesses in the city is a BIG advantage.

• Onboard and manage vendors across categories like grocery, dairy, fruits & vegetables, clothing, cosmetics, and more
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers
• Drive vendor engagement and ensure active participation on the platform
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to boost vendor performance
• Act as the city lead for non-food vendor category growth

• Experience in vendor onboarding / retail / field sales / account management
• Strong network with local shop owners and businesses
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with the ability to handle city-level responsibilities
• Comfortable with on-ground field work
