We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can manage client relationships, convert inbound business opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of orders from confirmation to delivery.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, converting inbound leads into confirmed orders, and ensuring smooth project execution across internal teams.

This role focuses primarily on lead conversion, account management, and order lifecycle management, rather than lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple client accounts, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to maximise revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and queries.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and client retention.

Lead Conversion & Account Growth

  • Handle inbound business inquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Support revenue growth by expanding opportunities within current client relationships.

Order & Project Management

  • Gather complete client requirements, including product specifications, customisation details, quantities, and timelines.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle from order confirmation to production and dispatch.
  • Ensure all order specifications and documentation are finalised before production begins.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with design, sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Track order timelines and monitor progress to ensure delivery within committed deadlines.
  • Address and resolve operational issues that may impact delivery timelines.

Market & Account Insights

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support better decision-making.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve client servicing processes and business growth strategies.

Required Skills

  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable orders
  • Excellent coordination and project management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • A bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • 03 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in merchandise, apparel, printing, or gifting industry will be an added advantage
