Operations Manager

Location: Greater Kailash II, New Delhi

Compensation: ₹4–8 LPA

Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Design Dimension is a 30-year-old boutique design studio working across graphics, communication, packaging, and spatial design. We are a small and dynamic team looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day functioning of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations and proposals, generate invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate client records while ensuring smooth communication with clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.
  • Identify and source vendors, negotiate pricing, manage procurement, and oversee production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate sampling, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of all products and outputs.
  • Manage studio operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, inventory tracking, and coordination of IT and equipment needs.
  • Track expenses, manage petty cash, coordinate vendor payouts, and assist with invoicing and billing processes.
  • Work closely with the accountant and CA to support compliance, financial tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records while supporting basic HR functions.
  • Support payroll inputs and contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage the founder's schedule, coordinate meetings, and assist with follow-ups and execution of key operational priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role are required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities along with proficiency in Excel and presentations are essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail are expected.
  • Adaptability, proactiveness, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment are key to success in this role.
