Urgent Hiring: Key Account Manager – IT Sales

Overview

Join us in helping SMBs across Bengaluru set up end-to-end IT infrastructure with Systech. We're looking for experienced candidates with strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation via cold calling, networking, and events.
  • Client Management: Understand client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Showcase value propositions effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Achieve sales targets within timelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain organized sales pipeline and reports.
  • Team Leadership: Guide BD Managers and Executives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work with support teams to resolve client issues.
  • Field Work: Regular client visits and on-site engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years IT sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Two-wheeler mandatory for field work.
