Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationship + Partners network s, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include strategic business planning, delivering outstanding customer service, and developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific clients needs.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Account Management and experience handling Key Accounts
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and optimize strategies
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and meet sales and development targets
- Familiarity with healthcare or hospital equipment sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
