· Position title: Cluster Head SME & Corporate Vertical.
· Mandatory skills: As per the JD.
· Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of SME corporate clients across property, liability, motor, health, and specialty lines .Identify client needs and structure appropriate insurance program and renewals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and insures. Coordinate the operations, claims, and compliance teams for effective service delivery .Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.
· Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and client engagement
