Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key institutional partners and accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales and revenue targets while maximizing account growth opportunities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional partnerships to expand the partner ecosystem and achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Grow existing accounts by activating new centres/clinics and driving deeper engagement across current partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of key accounts needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Engage confidently with C-suite executives, operations managers, and sales representatives to close deals, including commercials and contractual discussions
- Proactively address and resolve client issues or concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and insights for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Continuously identify, implement, and execute new strategies to drive business growth and optimize client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Preference: B2B Sales, Institutional Partnerships, or Key Account Management (preferably in Fintech, HealthTech, or SaaS
- 1 to 3 years of experience in key account management or a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work for 6-days in a week
Work Location & Schedule:
- This is afull-time, 6-day working role.
- Primary work location can beGurugramorNoida, based on candidate preference.
- Candidates preferring theNoida officemust visit theGurugram office 2-3 times per monthfor reviews and team sync-ups.
- Candidates preferring theGurugram officeare required to visit theNoida office every Saturdayfor cross-location collaboration and partner engagement.
