Jr. Key Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Junior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will contribute to the management and growth of key accounts, cultivate and manage customer relationships, deliver exceptional customer service to meet client requirements, create business plans to optimize account performance, and analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities. You will play an essential role in driving business development and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts management skills
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in account management or a related role is a plus
